Brazilian screw steam tug Honorio Bicalho built at Slikkerveer, Netherlands in 1909 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 31 December 1909

A list of the ships launched in 1909 reported the screw steam tug Honorio Bicalho of 200 ihp horsepower built by Firma Wed. C. Boele&Zoon, Slikkerveer, Netherlands for account of an owner in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.(1)

1. The Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 24 March 1909 reported her departure from Maassluis, Netherlands on 24 March. The Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 4 May 1909 reported her bound from Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Para, Brazil leaving Madeira on 23 April. The edition dated 15 May reported her arrival at Para. Some news items called her a steam hopper in stead of a tug.
