An item dated Sofia, Bulgaria 9th reported that the Romanian navy was ordered to free the Romanian merchant ships seized by the Russian revolutionairs. On 1 February were the commanding officer and 10 sailors of the Romanian cruiser Elisabeth (1) taken into custody and condemned to the death accused of their part in revolutionary conspiracies.
