An item referred to a report of the British Commander in Chief Mediterranean who reported that a naval officer who left Baku, Azerbaijan on 1 May stated that the revolutionary Kuchuk Khan (1) insisted that the Soviet forces would leave Enzeli, North Persia. The Bolsheviks departed with 32 ships but no other valuables to Baku.
