An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reported that the shipyard at the Neva was to built ten destroyers to be delivered between June 1900 and May 1901. With the dimensions 64 x 6,40 metres was their displacement 350 tons. Their speed was to be 26 miles. The armament consisted of 1-7,6cm guns, 3-4,7cm guns, 2 machineguns and 3 torpedo launching devices.
