Large dry dock for Vancouver according to the Dutch newspaper Batavians Nieuwsblad dated 29 November 1913

An item dated Ottawa 28 November reported that the Canadian cabinet intended to built a large dry dock with a length of 1.150’ to be stationed at Esquimalt (Vancouver).
