French cabinet wanted to support building merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 28 February 1928

An item dated Paris 28 February reported that the minister of labour would sent a law proposal to the Parliament dealing with supplying government credits for new building of merchant ships.
