Thanks to the fact that nowadays more and more books are digitized we are
able to read books that are some times for decades no longer available for the
public for several reasons. That's quite a pity while these books contains
useful information while the archives are destroyed, incomplete or nor
accessible.
P. 660: “For the necessary repairs of the hospital building and its
appendages, and for the erection of the new house for the surgeon, there has
been expended during the past year the sum of $ 7,919.56. The new quarters for
the surgeon are nearly completed, and will probably be ready for occupation by
the 1st November. P. 661: For the annual repairs of buildings and care of the
public grounds, there will be required for the next fiscal year the sum of $ 3,000.”
