Battle-class destroyer. Laid down by Swan Hunter,
Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, England on 8 September 1943, launched on 4 October
1944, decommissioned in 1957 and sold to be broken up at Sunderland on 19 February
1962.
Displacement 2.315 tons and as dimensions 116 x 12,27
x 3,89 (mean)-5,3 (maximum) delivering
50.000 ship to the 2 shafts allowing a speed of 34 knots. Crew numbered 250
(peace)-337 (war) men. Armament consisted of 2 dual 11,4cm/4.5” guns,
1x1-10,1cm/4” gun, 14-4cm Bofors guns and 8-53,3cm/21” torpedo tubes.
