Brandenburg-class

Part of Brandenburg-class succeeded by Kaiser Friedrich III-class. Ordered as battleship D. Laid down by Kaiserliche Werft Wilhelmshaven, Germany in 1890, launched on 30 June 1901, commissioned on 29 April 1894, modernized 1904-1905, sold to the Ottoman Empire on 12 September 1910 and sunk by the British submarine HMS E111 off the Dardanelles on 8 August 1915.
