French naval movements 18 October according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 1824

Paris, 13 October. From Rochefort came tidings that the corvette le Hebé (1), the brig le Dragon (2), the gun brig la Bresanne (3) and the goelette le Momus (4) left 4 October Rochefort commanded by captain Latreyte towards the African coast to patrol against the slave trade. The brig le Marsoin (5) and the goelette la Dorade (6) were their all ready with the same duty. The corvette le Lybio (7) departed 8 October Brest with victuals and other stores towards the division off Brazil commanded by rear admiral Grives.
