Japanese naval base at Port Arthur again in service according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland evening edition dated 14 June 1933

From Tokyo came the tiding that the Japanese service since April again used the 11 years ago closed Japanese naval base at Port Arthur. Since the new independent state Mantjoekwo was created became Port Arthur and Dairen more and more important.
