The Swedish fleet on 26 June 1716 according to Dutch intelligence

In 1716 was a small Dutch intelligence report made of the Swedish naval strength just giving the names of the ships (in Swedish but in Dutch spelling) and the number of guns.

At Stockholm were on 10 May available the next mentioned ships fitted out at Karlskrona for the fleet by baron Sparr: Gotlich Lion, 90 (Dutch equivalent Godse Leeuw), Unitz, 90 (Eendragt), Prinse Carl, 80 (Prins Caarl), Breemen, 70 (Breemen), Winden, 70 (Winden), Carelscron, 70 (Caarlskroon), Pr. Carl. Frederick, 70 (Prins Caarl Fredrik), Stockholm, 70, Sconen, 66 and Frederika Amelia, 64, totally 740 guns.

Ships available for guard duties: Haland, 56, Waghtmeester (48), Carls Cronna, 36 (‘t Wapen van Carlskroon), Revel, 40, Wolgartm 36, Rushenvelt, 24, Ancklam, 24 (Anklam), Vollax Brigantin, 12 (Pollax Brigantijn) and Duth Prize, 24 (Duijtse Prijs=German prize), totally 622 guns.

Fleet commanded by admiral Wachtmeister: Smoland, 70, Westmanland, 60, Liefland, 60, Oland, 56, Hartland, 50, Pomen, 56 (Pomeren), Rijga, 50 (Riga), Osell, 50 (Osel), Aerden, 50 (Verden), Gotland, 50, Svenet Prize, 50 (French prize) and the Phenix 50 guns, totally 622 guns.
