An tiding received from Amsterdam reported that on 24 June safely arrived at Texel, at the Maas or elsewhere 13 East Indiamen, namely the Kievitsheuvel, Bosch en Hoven, Barbara Theodora, Vosmar, Snoek, Pylswaart, Getrouwigheid, Stralen, Lapienenburg, Overnes, Vrouwe Petronella, Governeur-Generaal and the Overschie while the ships Sloterdyk, Bevalligheid and the Rotterdam which left the contact met the fleet on 2 April were daily expected.
