British troop transport Orontes arrived empty at Alexandria, Egypt according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated Friday 21 July 1882

An item reported that last Tuesday the transport Orontes arrived at Alexandria transporting soldiers as admiral Seymour thought.(1) Due to a misunderstanding was she empty departed from Malta.
