An item referred to the magazine Time which reported that Vatican probably would establish an own merchant navy of five ships for the food supply. The ships could pass each blockade while Vatican was a neutral and were Pope-flagged (white and yellow with the keys and the tiara). Homeport of these ships would be Civitavecchia.
