New British naval base in Kenya to replace the one at Ceylon according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 4 July 1956

An item referred to the newspaper East African Standard of Nairobi which the day before mentioned that along the Kenyan coast for instance at Mombasa a large British naval base could be founded if England was forced to leave Ceylon.
