Increasing numbers of foreign officers in Turkish armed forces according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 12 December 1913

An item reported the increasing number of foreign officers in the Turkish armed forces. So was the British admiral Limpus (1)to be appointed as member of the Turkish Navy Staff and was a British rear admiral appointed as commanding officer of a flotilla torpedo boats.
