New shipping line in the Black Sea according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 28 January 1918

An item dated Petrograd 27 January reported that Russian and Turkish representatives were negotiating about a new shipping line between the Turkish and Russian ports especially between Odessa and Constantinople.
