Poland buying Danish merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper De Indische Courant dated Tuesday 4 March 1930
An item dated Warsaw 26 February referred to the Polish newspapers of last Tuesday reporting that the Polish cabinet signed an agreement with a Danish financial group resulting in he sale to Poland of the ships Polonia, Estonia and Litoania with a total capacity of 42.000 tons former property of the Transatlantic Baltin-America Line. They were to be used for transporting passengers from Poland to the USA.
