Dutch bark ship Delft for sale according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 6 January 1880

An announcement reported the sale by shipbrokers Christiaan Ament and Albertus Vinke on Monday 12 January at 15.00 o’clock in the tavern de Brakke Grond, Nes, Amsterdam in the presence of bailiff J. Dupont Beek in a public auction of the extra ordinary fast coppered en copper fastened Delft last captain W.J. van der Meer, with a measurement of 1.895,64 cubic metres or 668.15 net tons and the dimensions 42,52 x 10,48 x 6,12 (hold) metres and her inventory.
