Crews of tugs at Hull striking according to the Dutch newspaper Het vrije volk dated 9 February 1956

An item reported the strike on the Wednesday before at Hull of 200 sailors belonging to the crews of the tugs due to a wage dispute. Two third of the tugs was not in service causing a stagnation in the shipping.
