Japanese Kyodo company purchased fishing rights in Mexican and Pamanian waters according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1935 no. 7

An item referred to the magazine Jap.Chr. dated 7 November 1935 which reported that the so-called Kyodo company part of the Nippon Sangyo Kaisha purchased fishing rights in Mexican and Panamanian waters and the first Japanese trawler the Minoto Maru was already underway to Mexico. The Kyodo company invested for 14.000.000 yen in fisheries canning factories.
