Brazilian navy wanting submarine tender according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1912-1913 no. 7

An item reported that the Brazilian navy asked for a budget to built a tender for the three submarines of the Laurenti type which were now being built at Spezia, Italy.(1)
