Italy testing new torpedo launching device according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 4 August 1906

An item reported that at Pola a new torpedo launching device was tested allowing to launch torpedoes with heated or with cold air allowing a speed twice as fast as normal.
