The Japanese naval budget according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1909-1910 no. 11

An item reported that the Japanese naval budget for 1910 was 197.810.127 francs (10.474.888 francs more as the budget for 1909) included 3.371.831 francs for the ships already in service, 551.686 francs for inceasing the personnel strength, 6.500.000 francs for increasing the salaries, 1.445.980 to found a naval base at Chinkaiwan and 27.792.914 francs for new building.
