The latest Japanese submarines according to the Dutch newspaper De Indische Courant dated 5 January 1925

An item dated Nauen 3 January reported that the latest Japanese submarines had a displacement of 3.000 ton and an armament of 2-20cm guns and could carry with them 40 torpedoes. Their range included the whole Pacific.
