Dutch tugs Margriet and Beatrix and the floating crane Valk arrived at Willemstad according to the Dutch newsapper Nieuwsblad van het Zuiden dated 13 November 1946

An item reported the safe arrival at Willemstad of the tugs Margriet and Beatrix while towing the huga floating crane Valk from the Netherlands towards Balikpapan, Dutch East Indies. Their departure from Rotterdam, Netherlands was on 19 September and underway were Madeira and St. Vincent visited. The intention was to stay for a few days at Willemstad, Curacao and then continue the voyage via the Panama Canal towards Borneo.
