Norwegian motor sealer Oiland wrecked according to the Dutch newspaper Voorwaarts dated 14 May 1928

An item dated Vardo the 7th referred to a telegram received from the steamship Helmland reporting that the Norwegian motor sealer Oiland of Ibbestad was lost on 23 April. Her crew was saved, her catch of around 1.000 seals lost.
