Still not all German submarines disarmed according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 18 February 1919

An item reported that an allied commission arrived at Kiel, Germany on board of the British cruiser HMS Comus. Officially was stated that still not all German submarines were disarmed. The result was that within with 48 hours all armed submarines in German harbours were considered being prizes.
