Dutch tugs Gina and Rolf departed towards the Dutch East Indies towards the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 25 May 1938

An item reported that around 11.45 o’clock on the 24th the Dutch tugs Gina and Rolf departed towards the Dutch East Indies. Both were built at the N.V. Boele’s Scheepswerven at Bolnes for account of the Ned, Indische Steenkolen Handelmaatschappij. The Gina commanded by captain J. Kok and a crew f 13 men was to tow the Rolf with on board two runners during the voyage of probably seventy days and which had taken 210 tons of fuel on board.
