German coalers leaving for Porto Praga according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch Handelsblad dated 1 October 1904
An
item dated London the 1st reported
that five German coalers left a day earlier Cardiff
and Newport
destined for Porto Praga. According to rumours was their cargoes of coal meant
for the Russian Baltic Fleet underway to Vladivostok.(1)
