Japanese capturing coalers according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 20 April 1905

An item reported that the Japanese captured a large number of coalers off the coast of Vladivistok which waters were ice-free and so again accessible for them.(1)
