Russian cabinet new building of warships in France according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 30 September 1904

An item referred to the newspaper Temps reporting that the Russian cabinet ordered the building of 11 destroyers at the shipyard Forges et Chantiers de la Méditerranée to be delivered over 15 months. Further more was negotiated about the building of 4 cruisers of the Bajan design.
