Stockholm, 16 September. Dealing with the recently sale of
some warships against Spain severely protested decided the Swedish government
that to secure the neutrality none navy officers or sailors were allowed to
serve on board these ships and if they were all ready on board to leave them at
once. The sell however while it had been a public auction was not redrawn. Spain had also
been able to buy the ships if she feared that their enemy would buy them.
