According to a tiding dated Washington 7 January send the minister of navy to the House of representatives plans for the building of 4 battleships each of 25,000 tons, 4 fast cruisers, 4 submarines, 10 destroyers, 3 colliers, a repair ship and an ammunition transport, total costs 75.000.000 dollars.
