The Beekvliet and the Leiduin arrived at Batavia with
letters from this factory and a cargo included 711.472 nutmegs, 197.949 lb mace and
4.000 pickled nuts dated 8 June, 16 July and 5 September. There wasn’t a large
harvest of species to be expected. For the transport of the harvest were 3
ships requested, one of 145
feet and 2 of 130 feet. The Duinenburg was to sail via Tegal
for a cargo of rice.
