Promotions of Russian naval officers according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 15 October 1824

Petersburg, 25 September. Within the Russian navy was a large amount officers promoted to higher ranks including 3 rear-admirals becoming vice-admiral and 4 captain-commanders becoming rear admiral.
