Genoa, 9 August. The Greeks founded at the island Hydra an admiralty consisting of most experienced seamen to control all operations. The Greek fleet cruising off the entrance to the Dardanelles was reinforced due to the received tiding that at Constantinople a new fleet was fitted out with as destination the Archipelago and to be commanded by the Captain Pasha himself.
