Dutch shipyard Kon.Mij. De Schelde at Vlissingen, Netherlands offered to built a oil tanker for Argentina in 1924

Tender sent on 15 August 1924 to the Commission Naval Argentinia en Europa, London, England for building a oil tanker with Sulzer diesel engine of 10.000 tons deadweight to be delivered at Vlissingen 16 months after ordering. Costs 203.300 pond sterling.
