British steamship Auguste wrecked on the Dutch island Terschelling according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 10 February 1864

An announcement reported the auction on Thursday the 11^th at 11.00 o’clock at Westerschelling, Dutch island Terschelling of the wreck of the stranded British steamship Auguste Louise captain William Willonghby and what was left of her inventory and cargo. She was underway from Hamburg towards Rotterdam.
