British schooner HMS Speedwell visited Willemstad, Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated 8 August 1829

An item reported the arrival at Willemstad, Curacao on Sunday 2nd of the British schooner HMS Speedwell lieutenant Beddoes coming from Jamaica. Departed on Wednesday the 5th towards Bonaire.(1)
