British 5th rate HMS Bucephalus visited Batavia, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Java Government Gazette dated 29 February 1812

An item reported the arrival at Batavia, Dutch East Indies on 6th February of the British HMS Bucephalus commanded by J. Drury leaving Wilson’s Bay on the 5th. Departed on the 28th towards sea.(1)

1. 5th Rate, launched at the shipyard of Rowe, Newcastle, England on 3 November  1808, troop transport 1814, broken up in 1834, a builders measurement of 976 tons and an armament of 32 guns.
