Austrian submarine U 12 sunk according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 14 August 1915

An item dated Vienna, Austria 14th reported that the commanding officer Lerch probably was one of the victims when the submarine U 12 sunk. In December 1914 destroyed Lerch the French admirals’ ship Courbet.
