An item reported that the Dutch frigate Zr. Ms. Prins van Oranje anchored on 24th July off Carthago in the Bay of Tunis. Her commanding officer [captain D. Bijl de Vroe] was received with all honours by the Bey of Tunis. Officers and crew enjoyed a good health. (1)
