Of the Vitiaz-class with as sister ship the Vitiaz. Laid down at Galernii Is in 1883, launched in 1885, completed in 1887, later becoming training ship, fitted out with diesels for experiments in 1911  and finally stricken on 1914.  With a displacement of 2.950 (design)-3.537 tons and as dimensions 79,40 (waterline) x 13,72 x 6,07 (maximum) metres or 260.6 x 45 x 19.11 feet. The one shaft horizon coupound steam engine and 10 cylindrical boilers delivered 3.000 ihp allowing a speed of 14,4 knots. Coal bunker capacity maximum 500 tons. Crew numbered 330 men. The armament consisted of 10-6”/28 guns, 403,4” guns, 8-1pd revolvers and 3-15” surfaced torpedo tubes. Steel+iron hulled and sheathed and coppered. Clipper bow. Barque-rigged. The armour consisted of 1 1.5” thick deck above the boiler- and engine rooms.
