British and French firms interested in building gun factory in Russia according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 4

An item reported that several British and French firms participated in the Russian government bid for tenders dealing with the founding of a gun factory in Russia. On 26 May decided the cabinet that the British Vickers got the order and had to built up within 2 years the factory.
