Conning towers of British Minotaur-class armoured cruisers protected by armour according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 dated no.5

Minotaur-class

An item referred to the magazine Artilleristische Monatshefte reporting that the British armoured cruisers of the Minotaur-class now being built, were fitted out with conning towers of which the entrance consisted of an armoured shaft. The circular conning tower forward 30,5cm thick armour, the ellipse shaped conning tower aft by 7,5cm.
