Use of fore torpedo tube of new British destroyers limited according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1894-1895 no. 7

An item reported that the newest British destroyers were not able to use the torpedo tube fore when at full speed. The destroyer would overhaul a fired torpedo before the torpedoes reached a speed of 32 kilometres.
