Launched at Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, Newport News, USA in 1918, completed in 1910, displacement 1.215 tons, 27.000 hp horsepower, all turbine direct drive oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 2-14pd anti aircraft guns and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
