Barges for Fance built at Schiedam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Schiedamsche Courant dated 28 June 1912

An item reported the launching that day at 15.15 o’clock at the shipyard Gusto 2 barges (so-called onderlossers) built for France.(1)

1. The yard numbers 420 and 421 with a capacity of 100 cubic metres built for Batignolles, Paris> According to a list built in 1911. In 1923 were the onderlossers yard numbers S.P.P. 9-11 with a capacity of 250 cubic metres for the same owner built.
